Application:
It is applied to leather processing industry, case and bag industry, package
industry, toys industry, stationery industry, automobile industry, polyurethane
processing industry to cut materials such as leather, rubber, plastics, cardboard,
cloth, foam, nylon, leatheret, and PVC with mold cutting die.
Features:
1) It employs the four-column and double oil cylinders (or four oil cylinders)
driving mechanism to realize high-tonnage cutting force, which is a sustaining
power able to keep several seconds till the materials are cut off, especially
suitable for cutting work of sponge products and upholstery pieces
2) Auto infeeding devices on both sides increase the production efficiency of the
complete machine by 2-3 times; (either single-side or double-side auto
infeeding is available), which improves the utility efficiency and safety of the
machine
3) The lubrication addition system guarantees the precision of the machine
and improve its durability
4) It is equipped with water-cooling or air-cooling devices, which guarantee
no rise in the oil temperature
